Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund of amount paid with no cancellation penalties if cancelled before August 30, 2026 and within 2 weeks of the date of reservation.
- 100% refund of amount paid minus cancellation penalty of $250 if cancelled before August 30, 2026 and after 2 weeks of the date of reservation.
- 50% refund of amount paid if cancelled on or after August 30, 2026 and before September 30, 2026.
- Non-refundable if cancelled on or after September 30, 2026.

All participants must sign our Travel Program Agreement and Waiver prior to departure. Please review this document carefully before registering.
U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico must have a valid passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date from Mexico. Please ensure your passport meets these requirements before booking.
