Upon completing registration, you will receive an invoice showing the full amount due, but your method of payment will be billed according to the payment option you selected.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund of amount paid with no cancellation penalties if cancelled before August 30, 2026 and within 2 weeks of the date of reservation.
  • 100% refund of amount paid minus cancellation penalty of $250 if cancelled before August 30, 2026 and after 2 weeks of the date of reservation.
  • 50% refund of amount paid if cancelled on or after August 30, 2026 and before September 30, 2026.
  • Non-refundable if cancelled on or after September 30, 2026.
